Meet Quddus Silva, VPO

Quddus “Q” Silva joined Kalon Aesthetics in August 2024 as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing center operations nationwide. With over 14 years of experience in the cosmetic and plastic surgery space, Q previously served as Chief Operating Officer for The Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Denver, Colorado. There, he promoted an environment of safety and efficiency, contributing to its reputation as a leading plastic surgery practice in the country.

Commitment to Operational Excellence

He now brings the same commitment and passion to Kalon Aesthetics, assisting practices in optimizing and building systems that allow their doctors to focus on their patients. Q lives in Denver with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and sports. He holds a BS in Business and Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder.
