Meet Jason Langley, General Counsel
Jason is the General Counsel of Kalon Aesthetics, providing legal guidance to the organization and the broad network of plastic surgery practices and medical spas it supports. In addition to the traditional legal and compliance functions, Jason is responsible for business development and expansion initiatives, real estate, organizational strategy, risk management, and human resources. Jason also serves as the primary liaison to the Kalon Aesthetics Clinical Advisory Board.
Legal and Healthcare Expertise
Jason has nearly 20 years of legal experience, including 15 years focused on the business and legal issues facing medical providers and multi-state healthcare organizations. Jason was most recently the Chief Legal Officer of a national network of healthcare practices that operated in over 30 states, spending over a decade as part of a team that dramatically increased the value of the business and transitioned investor ownership multiple times with great success.
Education and Credentials
Jason received his undergraduate business degree from the University of Georgia, earned his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and was a law clerk at the Colorado Supreme Court.
