Meet Jason Bice, CFO

Jason has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, primarily focused in software, biotech and technology. He began his career in Ernst & Young’s Technology and Biotech practice in Palo Alto. Jason enjoys working with investors, executives, and employees to drive and support organic and acquired growth. 

Career Highlights

Jason has held several senior finance positions in private-equity backed ventures, as a Corporate Controller and CFO, leading and advising corporations on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, international expansion and capital market transactions.  Most recently, he was the CFO of Advanced Medical and Medicine for Business and Industries (MBI), where he managed the company's financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, as well as DevOps and Human Resources.

Education

Jason has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A from the Jon M Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. 

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Jason resides with his wife and three children in Denver, Colorado, where they enjoy golf, sports, fitness, theatre and the outdoors.
