Meet Anna Pankow-Wilson, EVP
Anna Pankow Wilson began her professional journey as a Registered Dental Hygienist, dedicating herself to exceptional patient care and specializing in the assessment and treatment of periodontal disease through both non-surgical and surgical procedures. She advanced to manage multi-location private practice dental centers, consistently driving year-over-year revenue growth.
Leadership at ClearChoice
Anna then transitioned to ClearChoice Dental Implant Center as a Patient Education Consultant, focusing on assisting patients with terminal dentition in obtaining fixed implanted dental bridges. Over her 15-year tenure at ClearChoice, she progressed through regional development and director roles to ultimately become the Divisional Vice President of Sales, leading the company in growth and new center openings. Anna was instrumental in developing scalable best practices and processes for sales management. Her career culminated as the East Division President, where her unwavering passion for enhancing the patient experience remained a driving force throughout her journey.
